Experience

I graduated from CSB+SJU in May 2024 with hands-on experience in media production and nonprofit communications.

As an undergrad, I served as Sports News Manager at Johnnie Bennie Media. I led the weekly production of sports segments and feature stories - developing skills in script writing, video editing, and both on-camera and behind-the-scenes roles.

I also served as director of public relations for Square One Global, a student-run nonprofit. I created multimedia content for monthly newsletters, social media, and the Square One Global website to promote the organization and its mission to the broader community.

After graduation, I volunteered for a year as an English teacher in Nicaragua. I strengthened my conversational Spanish and intercultural communication skills during my time in the classroom and in the larger community.
